Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Engineer Trainees (Civil Engineers & Graduates) to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves property valuation, site inspections, data collection, and report preparation for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to travel locally and to outstation sites.
Candidates having their own two-wheeler and residing in Jaipur will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Valuation & Survey

Assist senior engineers and valuation experts in conducting property and asset valuations.

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial sites for inspections and measurements.

Collect technical data related to properties, including construction quality, dimensions, and materials used.

Support in preparing detailed valuation reports based on company formats and client requirements.
2. Site Visits & Data Collection

Travel to local and outstation project sites for survey and inspection work.

Take accurate site measurements and document property details.

Capture photographs, collect legal property documents, and verify site-related information.

Coordinate with property owners, builders, and local authorities for necessary permissions.
3. Report Preparation & Documentation

Assist in preparing property valuation reports, feasibility studies, and cost analysis documents.

Draft technical reports, summaries, and recommendations for clients.

Maintain proper records of site data, inspection reports, and supporting documents.

Update company databases and project management tools with accurate information.
4. Client Coordination & Communication

Communicate effectively with clients to schedule property inspections and discuss requirements.

Provide support in explaining technical details and valuation methodologies.

Ensure timely submission of reports to clients and internal departments.
5. Learning & Development

Work under the guidance of senior engineers and valuation experts to understand industry practices.

Gain hands-on experience in property valuation, technical audits, and engineering inspections.

Keep updated with latest construction technologies, market trends, and valuation guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.

Knowledge of property valuation concepts is an added advantage.

Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools.

Ability to read site plans, property layouts, and technical drawings.
Soft Skills:
