Job Description

1. Assisting in Design and Installation:
Technical Support: Freshers will assist senior engineers in tasks like reviewing designs, creating electrical plans (using software like AutoCAD), and selecting appropriate equipment.
Load Calculations and Cable Routing: They might be involved in determining electrical load requirements, planning cable routes, and placing equipment. 

2. Ensuring Safety and Compliance:
Safety Protocols: Freshers will learn about and implement safety procedures on-site, ensuring all electrical work adheres to safety codes and regulations.
Quality Control: They will participate in inspections and quality checks to ensure that electrical installations are done correctly. 

3. Site Supervision and Coordination:
Installation Supervision: Freshers will assist in overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, working with contractors and other trades.
Coordination: They will collaborate with other teams (like mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems with the overall project. 

4. Documentation and Reporting:
Record Keeping: Freshers will help maintain records of work done, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Report Preparation: They may be involved in preparing progress reports, technical documentation, and other project-related paperwork. 

5. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Identifying Issues: Freshers will learn to identify potential electrical problems and participate in troubleshooting efforts.
Providing Solutions: They will assist in finding solutions to issues that arise during installation or operation.
