Engineer Trainee - Mechanical Jobs Opening in A Client Of HR Tech at Mysore
Job Description
Designation - Engineer Trainee - Mechanical
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Engineer Trainee - Mechanical you will embark on a comprehensive training program that encompasses technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and professional growth. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates and time estimates for projects
- Conduct research and provide solutions to practical engineering problems
- Run field and laboratory tests, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural tests
- Complete and submit professional reports, including budget and time estimates, specifications, and project reports
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to relay project information effectively
- Make site visits to observe construction progress
- Participate in on-the-job training programs
- Perform other assignments as required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME).
- Graduated between 2022 and 2023.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualification.
- No current backlogs at the time of application.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: INR 3 - 5 LPA

Bond and Compensation Upon Completion:
- Candidates selected for this role will be required to sign a bond for 3 years.
- Upon successful completion of the bond, a compensation of 2 Lakhs will be provided.
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
- Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
- Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
- Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
- Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
- Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
- Creativity and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Technical writing skills
