Job Description
Eligibility:
- B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT)
- 65% & above Marks in Class X, Class XII and Graduation (and PG if pursued)
- No standing back papers
- Local Residence of Delhi-NCR
Program Details:
The 6 month job assured training constitutes 3 months of extensive class room training which takes place in reputed Shiv Nadar University, Noida in a state of the art training campus. The next 3 months of training carried out on live global projects is called the Professional Practice Term and takes place in HCL Technologies’ offices in HCL campuses across the country.
The program goes beyond merely training – it opens up viable career options that accelerate professional growth in the IT industry. Students successfully completing the training program are employed on HCL Technologies payroll and offices across HCL.
Candidates are aligned to Infrastructure Services, Software Application & System Integration, and Engineering & Research verticals of HCL Technologies.
Over the last two years, over 5000 graduates have benefited from the HCL TSS training program.
Training is carried out in streams including :
- SAP
- Business Analytics
- Testing
- Software application (C#, Oracle, Java .Net etc)
- Infrastructure
- Networking
- and many more.
- The School of professional Excellence runs parallely imparting language and personality development skills. Its curriculum also incorporates written and verbal communication, customer handling skills and the importance of ethics in business.
Selection Process:
- Online Aptitude Test – CoCubes
- HR & Technical Interview
- HCL SAT

Program Duration:
Six Months, comprising of:
- 3 months class room training at Manesar Campus
- 3 months professional practice term at HCL Technologies' offices
- Performance Linked Association Reward (PLAR)
- Candidates joining this program shall be covered under the Performance Linked Association Reward (PLAR) plan and will have a chance to earn up to 6.8 lacs over and above their growing CTC.
Candidates will be rewarded for their commitment, partnership and performance (In adherence to the applicable HCL Policy)
Program Fee:
- Fees for the Program: INR 2,95,000 (Program fee INR. 2,50,000 + INR. 45,000 GST)
Loan Assistance:
- The candidate wishing to avail loan facility needs to pay INR.59,000 initially and can avail loan assistance for the remaining INR 2,36,000. HCL TSS has a tie up with various banks including IDBI and Axis Banks to ease the financial burden on candidates and their families.
Career Path:
- Post completion of the training program, you start your career with HCL in Application Development / Product Development / Testing / Maintenance / Support roles spanning across business units such as Banking, Healthcare, Financial Services, Infrastructure Management and Engineering Services.
