About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening & shortlisting the candidates
2. Sourcing the possible candidates via the sourcing procedures like job portals, walk-ins, employees' references, followed by shortlisting of candidates
3. Conducting preliminary round of interview to evaluate their technical and communication skills, giving them a brief about the position, and scheduling for the further round of interviews
