Job Description
What will you do?
- Work closely with business, operations, engineering and product teams to understand business requirements, product functionality & product roadmap.
- Act as a lead engineer and resolve blockers.
- Help engineering team stay productive :)
- The architect for scale - We are doing millions of judgments each month and have plans to scale 10x in the next 12-18 months.
- Choose the right building blocks which accelerate the SquadRun vision. Understand business vision and architect the product around the same.
- Architect reliable data pipelines that are simple to operate.
- Coach
- Take an active part in code reviews and design reviews.
- Mentor engineers in the team with regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Hiring: You will actively take part in building the Squad & iterating upon our hiring engine.
- Current Stack: Django/Python, Postgresql, RabbitMQ, Redis, AngularJS, AWS EC2/RDS/Lambda/Elasticache/S3 etc.
- 4+ years experience building products.
- 2+ years experience architecting/designing systems from ground-up & leading engineering teams.
- Education: Graduate in a relevant domain (preferably).
- Traits & culture: Executor + Willing to go that extra mile.

- Compensation:INR 23-30L cash + ESOP up to 20L.
