Job Description
DESIGNATION - ASSEMBLY -SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT - ASSEMBLY
QUALIFICATION - DIPLOMA/ ITI MECHANICAL
RESPONSIBILITY -
• Study the machine assembly as per drawing & preparing & executing of machine activity plan.
• Analyzing on reducing assembly time.
• Schedule the machine assembly.
• Oversee and coach fitters.
• Identify issues and in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Ensure strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Monitor processes to ensure that fitter perform it correctly and monitor entire assembly to prevent delays.
• Trouble shooting of problems arising at the time of assembly.
• Participate and lead 5S activities.
• Perform any additional task given by Manager & HOD.
• To Lead & Participate Continuous improvement team.
• Motivate the team. and Discuss running issues in daily assembly team meeting
Cost reduction in Tooling, accessories and machine # Identify improvement point to reduces standard machine time . To ensure and Cross check all the Machine assembly with the help of Machine BOM. To conduct ongoing inspection of assembly as per test chart. collect data to make SOP for Sub assembly
