3. Qualification: B. Arch with Master in Planning (specialization in Urban Planning/City Planning/Urban Rural Planning/Regional Planning/Transport Planning) or M. Arch (with specialization in Urban Design) Qualification with minimum 65% marks
4. Post Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year for Architect/Minimum 3 years for Sr. Architect with: Experience in Architectural Design and Detailed Engineering of Buildings and other Infrastructure Projects. Experience in Architectural Design and Detailing of Large Infrastructure Projects including Commercial & Public Buildings like Office Complexes, Shopping Malls, Townships,
a. Transportation Terminals (Airport/ Metro/ Rapid Rail/ High Speed Rail) etc., shall be preferred. Proficiency in Computer Aided Design and drafting using latest version of AutoCAD. Proficiency in REVIT shall be preferred. Knowledge of 3D Modelling and rendering in Architectural software 3D Max etc. and work experience of BIM (Building Information Modelling) platform will be preferred.
