• Maintain the production process and Quality system to comply with ISO9001/IATF16949 standard.
• Improve the working productivity, efficiency, yield, manpower, working equipment and raw material for production process and reduce process cost
• Implement and maintain preventive measure in production line.
• Prepare Monthly/Weekly & Daily production plan & machine scheduling
• Execute production activities on shop floor with best utilization of available resources.
• Establish best manufacturing processes on shop floor to achieve the targeted output with quality.
• To look after breakdown & preventive maintenance of machines & equipments
• Thorough Knowledge in Machining
• Good Communication and Analytical skill
• Good Supplier and Customer relationship management.
• Thorough Knowledge in Machining
• Providing to convert concept design into detailed design product.
• Providing a Material Selection of components based on usage of the place.

QUALIFICATION: DIP/ITI/BE(MECH/EEE/ECE/PRODUCTION)

EXPERIENCE : 0 TO 5YEARS

FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME.

ARREARS ARE NOT A PROBLEM.
