Job Description
- Train students and professionals on English Language as per the classes assigned.
- Organize concepts to be taught in a logical and understandable sequence covering all objectives as outlined in the course syllabus and lesson guides.
- Delivering classes as per curriculum and schedule
- To effectively impart the designed curriculum as per the methodology specified in a given schedule.
- To prepare batches and timeslots for students, prepare Performance report for the students as per the given template.
- To correct all the test papers of the respective batches within given time frame.
- Teach IELTS/PTE/OTET to the students through classroom and online sessions.
- Coach on all the modules of IELTS/PTE - Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking as well as Grammar.
- Devise and prepare course structure and material as required, especially for Spoken English Courses .
- Prepare and set lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, home assignments for students, tests, and exercises.
- Designing course materials and other documents such as hand - outs, manuals and exercises for the training division.
- Prepare language tests for different levels based on input provided by senior trainers.
- Contribute to ongoing program development, curriculum development, and assessment.
- Conduct mock tests, give feedback and advise students on areas of improvement.
- Assist students with coursework through individualized instruction/classes, computer assisted instruction.
- Constant and regular evaluation of performance
- Performing demos for prospective students
- Handling premium One-on-One classes as well as batches
- Updating online record of sessions (Internal)
- Ensure basic training decorum and discipline is maintained during the program.
- Prepare and maintain reports on the improvement of student learning and scores.
- We require someone who is dedicated hard working and a team player - Business & Result Oriented
- If from School then he/she must have taught atleast 2-3 years
- Should have the understanding of the following course types :
- Spoken English
- Language Testing Exams such as TOEFL / IELTS etc
- Fixed Week-Off on Monday (Tuesday to Sunday are working days)
- Commitment for six months and should be able to complete trainings independently.
- Flexible 8 hour schedule. We will train you on IELTS as well as Spoken English on requirement basis.
- Our centre is at Saket, New Delhi therefore the candidate must be comfortable in travelling to this location, candidature will be confirmed based on the performance in training in the first month.
- Non-discloure agreement for all materials used in the office will be signed by the candidate upon joining.
