Job Description

We are in look for English Language Trainer. We provide language skills to schools and colleges. Location for the Jobs will be at Erode, Tiruppur and Coimbatore. We are lookin for Passionate Freshers who are willing to give their best in the Academic year.

Key Responsibilities

Lesson Planning and Preparation:
Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels. Prepare materials, resources, and activities that enhance the learning experience and facilitate effective language acquisition.
English Language Instruction:
Deliver English lessons across various skill areas, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. Use a range of teaching methods, such as communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and interactive activities.
Assessment and Feedback:
Conduct regular assessments of students’ progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and in-class participation. Provide constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement, helping them achieve their learning goals.
Individualized Support:
Identify the specific learning needs of each student and offer personalized support. Provide additional practice or resources for students who require extra help, and offer challenges for advanced learners.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning. Handle disruptive behavior professionally and create an atmosphere where students feel comfortable to speak, ask questions, and make mistakes.
Use of Technology:
Incorporate digital tools, learning platforms, and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. This may include online assessments, video lessons, and language-learning apps.
Cultural Awareness:
Be sensitive to the cultural backgrounds of students and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Incorporate cultural elements into lessons when appropriate to broaden students’ understanding of language in different contexts.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
Track student progress regularly and report on their development. Prepare progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas requiring additional attention. Keep students and parents (if applicable) informed about their performance and goals.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies, language assessment tools, and education technology. Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to continually enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Collaboration with Colleagues:
Work closely with other trainers, education coordinators, and administrators to ensure alignment in curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessment methods. Participate in team meetings and share resources and best practices.
Exam Preparation (if applicable):
Prepare students for English proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge exams. Help students with exam strategies, practice tests, and review sessions.
