Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and interactive English language lessons to individuals or groups at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Use a combination of teaching methodologies including communicative, task-based, and blended learning approaches.

Incorporate modern teaching aids such as audio-visual tools, online platforms, and real-life communication activities.

Skill Development Focus:

Train learners in core language skills: listening comprehension, speaking fluency, reading accuracy, and writing clarity.

Focus on grammar correction, vocabulary enhancement, and sentence construction.

Conduct pronunciation drills, intonation exercises, and accent neutralization if needed.

Needs Assessment and Curriculum Design:

Assess the English proficiency level of new learners using standardized tests or internal assessments.

Develop customized lesson plans and course content based on student goals, age group, and learning objectives.

Create lesson materials, handouts, exercises, and assessments aligned with CEFR levels or institutional standards.

Encourage student participation through group discussions, role-plays, debates, and storytelling.
