Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic teacher to teach Social Studies and English to middle and/or secondary school students in line with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should inspire students to develop strong communication skills, critical thinking, and an appreciation for social and cultural diversity.
Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Learning:

Prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Social Studies and English as per CBSE syllabus.

Integrate modern teaching methodologies, technology, and interactive activities to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.

Ensure lesson plans, assignments, and assessments align with CBSE learning outcomes.

Encourage reading habits, debate, and creative writing among students.
Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE guidelines.

Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.

Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regularly.
Classroom Management:
-
Create a disciplined, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and clear expectations.
Co-curricular & Enrichment Activities:
-
Organize and participate in school events, exhibitions, and competitions related to English literature and social studies.

Mentor students for inter-school debates, essay writing, and elocution competitions.
Professional Responsibilities:

Attend staff meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions.

Stay updated with CBSE policies, educational best practices, and NEP guidelines.

Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular learning.

Educational Qualification: B.A./M.A. in English or Social Science
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities.

Proficiency in digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, etc.).
