We are seeking a passionate and confident Female English Spoken Teacher who is highly proficient in English and committed to improving students’ communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering spoken English training to students of various age groups and backgrounds—whether beginners, intermediate learners, or advanced speakers. The candidate must be fluent in English, have a good accent, and be able to guide students on pronunciation, grammar usage, vocabulary building, and conversational confidence.
The position is ideal for individuals who have a strong command of English, love teaching, and can engage students through interactive methods. Prior teaching experience is preferred, but freshers with excellent spoken English and a passion for education are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spoken English Training:

Teach spoken English courses to individuals or groups, focusing on fluency, grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and pronunciation.

Help students build confidence in speaking English through daily practice, group activities, role plays, and discussions.

Teach conversational English used in day-to-day life, interviews, public speaking, and professional settings.

Customize training techniques based on the student’s level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced).
2. Curriculum and Lesson Planning:

Plan lessons in alignment with the institute’s syllabus or training program.

Use creative and interactive teaching tools to make lessons engaging.

Introduce real-life situations and vocabulary relevant to daily communication or workplace needs.

Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
3. Grammar and Communication Development:

Guide students in understanding key grammar concepts like tenses, sentence structure, parts of speech, active/passive voice, etc.

Train students in correct pronunciation, intonation, and accent neutralization.

Correct common errors in spoken English and explain them clearly and patiently.

Encourage reading aloud, storytelling, and question-answer sessions to boost clarity and articulation.
4. Interactive Activities and Participation:

Organize debates, extempore speeches, presentations, and group discussions to promote speaking practice.

Use multimedia tools, videos, flashcards, games, and audio resources to enhance learning.

Assign home practice tasks, reading materials, or listening exercises to reinforce classroom sessions.
5. Motivation and Student Support:

Build a rapport with students and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
