Key Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development:

Develop Lesson Plans: Create comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the learners' language proficiency levels and specific needs (e.g., business communication, academic English, conversational English).

Customize Training Programs: Design and implement training programs for different groups, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.

Material Development: Prepare teaching materials, exercises, and activities that support learning objectives, using books, multimedia, and online resources as appropriate.
2. Conducting English Training Sessions:

Deliver Lessons: Conduct engaging and interactive lessons, ensuring students understand grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.

Facilitate Group Discussions: Organize group discussions and interactive activities that encourage learners to practice speaking and listening skills.

Focus on Communication Skills: Emphasize practical English usage, focusing on conversational skills, writing emails, making presentations, and professional communication.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students' language proficiency levels through written tests, oral exams, and interactive exercises.

Track Progress: Monitor and assess learners’ progress throughout the course, identifying areas where students need improvement.

Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback on learners' performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Certification: Administer final evaluations and provide certificates upon completion of training if applicable.
4. Student Support and Motivation:

6. Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and assessments.

Report to Management: Regularly report on student progress, course outcomes, and areas requiring attention to the Training Manager/HR Manager.

Student Enrollments: Assist in the enrollment process by providing guidance and answering queries from prospective students.
