Job Description
We are looking for a English Teacher to join our team at a reputed institution at Ariyanur, Veerapandi Salem. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, fluent in English, and capable of helping learners improve their communication skills with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions on spoken and communicative English.
- Train learners in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Prepare lesson plans and engaging training materials.
- Use activities, role plays, and group discussions to enhance learning.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain class records and attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / related field (preferred).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners of different age groups.
