Job Description
We are hiring Enterprise resource planning Support Engineer on immediate basis at Cochin
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support through Phone/Online.
- Researches and analyzes all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.
- Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new process.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support.
- Coordinates testing of software updates/patches.
- Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1-4 years experience in ERP Support/Implementation
- Knowledge in MS SQL & Writing query.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
