A Reputed group of company is an industrial company headquartered in Kolkata, India, operating across India and 40+ African countries. They export steel, infrastructure products, food commodities, agricultural, equipment, and industrial goods to buyers across Southern and East Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia.
They have 120+ projects completed. They have buyers, they have suppliers, they have the trade routes. What they are building now is a team of people who want to own a piece of this — not just work in it.

What This Is
This is not a sales job. It is a co-building arrangement.
You will work alongside the CEO to develop and run an export vertical — a specific product category, a specific market, or a specific buyer relationship. They give you the data, the buyer contacts, the supplier network, and the know-how. You drive the deals, build the client relationships, and grow the revenue.
As the vertical grows, so does your stake in it. This is closer to a co-founder arrangement than an employment contract.
What You Will Get to Do
1. Work on live export deals from day one — real buyers, real products, real negotiation.
2. Learn international trade from the inside — documentation, logistics, forex, compliance, buyer management.
3. Access our buyer database across 40+ countries — contacts they have built over two decades.
4. Own a vertical: pick a product (steel, food, agri equipment, textiles) and a market (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, UAE) and build it.
5. Travel — meet buyers on the ground, build relationships that last years.
6. Build your own team under you as the vertical scales.
What We Provide

If you build a vertical that does $1M in annual revenue, you will not be on a fixed salary. You will be sharing in that $1M. That is the commitment they make to the right person.
The Commitment They Are Asking For
Two years minimum. International trade is relationship business. Relationships take time. In two years, you will have built something that cannot be easily replicated — a buyer network, a product expertise, and a market position that belongs to you as much as it belongs to us.
Who Should Apply
1. You are hungry. You want to earn more than a salary and you are willing to work for it.
2. You have some interest in international business, exports, or Africa — even if you have not worked in it yet.
3. You are good with people. Export is a people business. Buyers need to trust you.
4. You can handle uncertainty. Deals fall through. Shipments get delayed. You do not panic.
5. You have 1 to 5 years of work experience — in trade, manufacturing, sales, or business development. Fresh graduates with strong entrepreneurial instincts are also welcome.
6. You are willing to travel internationally when needed.
You do not need to know everything about exports. We will teach you. What you need to bring is the drive, the discipline, and the desire to build something of your own.
