Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals who have either completed schooling or are fresh graduates, and are passionate about starting a business or learning how businesses work.

This role is ideal for those who are eager to gain hands-on experience, explore business ideas, conduct market research, and work at the ground level of real-world operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on business trends, local markets, and startup opportunities
Assist in on-ground business activities, client interactions, and fieldwork
Support in preparing basic reports, surveys, and competitor analysis
Participate in brainstorming sessions and business development planning
Work closely with mentors and entrepreneurs to understand how businesses are built

Requirements

Completed schooling or recent graduate (any stream)
Strong interest in entrepreneurship and business
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work on-ground and independently when required
Eagerness to learn, research, and grow within a team environment
