Job Title: Entrepreneurship Program Intern - Food Technologist/Nutritionist
Location: Gurgaon / NCR

Reports To: Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate candidate with a keen interest in product development, quality assurance, technical sales and customer engagement. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Food Science or a related field, looking to gain hands-on experience in technical sales, direct product promotion, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: Engage with customers, answer their questions, and promote our products. Provide clear and customer-friendly information on product benefits, usage, and quality.
Quality Assurance: Support the quality team in maintaining product standards. Conduct basic quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Technical Sales Support: Aid in educating clients about product features and technical specifications. Provide assistance in product demonstrations and resolve customer inquiries.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create product content for promotions, digital platforms, and retail settings.
Direct Sales: Do sales activities by learning and applying product knowledge to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Customer Service & Support:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food products and a basic understanding of food safety and quality standards.
Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
Willingness to actively promote products directly to customers.
Basic knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) and Quality Assurance.
Interest or some experience in technical sales and product marketing.
Customer-oriented and a team player with a proactive approach.
