Job Description

Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai
Process - Medical billing process/US Healthcare
Shift timing - 9:30 am to 7:30 pm & 7:30 pm to 5 am (5 days working)
Salary: based on interview
Requirements: Mumbai-based candidates only (Western line)HSC freshers are welcome!
Round of interview: (Walk-in) 1. HR 2. OPS

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to insurance companies, patients, or healthcare providers.

• Analyze and investigate claim denials and rejections.

• Apply knowledge of U.S. healthcare processes, including medical coding and billing.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and payments.

• Enter medical charges accurately into the billing system.
