Qualification:
The consultant must be any one of the following degree holders from reputed and recognised University / Institute:Masters in Environmental Sciences. B.Tech in Environmental Engineering. Masters in Forestry / Forest Management. Masters in Social Science / Social Services. Retd. Forest Officer at the level of Conservator of Forests and above along with relevant work experience may also apply
Essential Experience:
1. Environmental and Social Safeguards
2. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies
3. Sustainable Forest Management
4. Alternative energy and energy efficiency
Preferable Experience:
1. Ecology and Biodiversity
2. Ecological footprints
3. Other environmental parameters
4. Understanding on Social Safeguards
5. Project Evaluation
Vacancy: One Position
Remuneration: Rs. 90,000/- per month (consolidated)
Type of Job: Annual Contractual (Maximum 30 months)
Location: Bhubaneswar with movements to field as and when required
Reporting to: Project Director, OSFDP II or Additional Project Director, IME, OFSDP-II
