Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Environmental Engineer to oversee water treatment plant operations, regulatory compliance, and client management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in monitoring water parameters, handling GPCB visits, documentation, and health & safety training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Water Treatment Plant Monitoring

Daily monitoring of outlet water parameters to ensure compliance.

Maintain and optimize the efficiency of the water treatment plant.

Troubleshoot any issues related to water quality or plant operations.
2. Regulatory Compliance & GPCB Handling
-
Ensure all operations comply with GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board) regulations.

Prepare and present reports, permits, and compliance documentation.

Handle GPCB visits and audits, ensuring smooth inspections.
3. Client Handling & Coordination
-
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Address client queries, provide updates, and offer technical support.

Prepare and deliver presentations about work progress and environmental impact.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain detailed records of water quality tests, compliance reports, and plant performance.

Verify bills, documents, and reports before submission.

Prepare monthly and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Health & Safety Training
-
Conduct safety training sessions for plant staff.
-
Ensure all employees adhere to environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.

Promote best practices in hazard management and workplace safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Skills:
✔ Knowledge of GPCB norms, water treatment processes, and waste management.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in documentation, report preparation, and client communication.
✔ Ability to train staff on safety and environmental standards.
✔ Good presentation and coordination skills.
