We are seeking a talented and motivated EPM Specialist with a strong background in data management and analytics to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with experts to understand and improve Enterprise Performance Management processes.
· Analyze and manage data related to financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
· Review business performance and profitability against strategic plans.
· Identify new areas of opportunity and address areas of underperformance.
· Provide valuable insights to inform the next cycle of strategic planning.
· Learn and understand critical business processes, data models, and their impacts on business growth.
Qualifications:
· Recent graduates with a B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in JAVA, HTML, MySQL, C++, DBMS.
· Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility in working hours, including the
ability to provide support outside of regular office hours if needed.
