Hiring: Equity Dealer – Join Our Team at ALPHA Horizon Company
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)
Incentives: Starting from 3rd month based on performance – minimum 2x of salary possible for consistent accuracy
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Summary:
This is a market-facing trading role with no sales target. You will handle live execution, support the trading desk, and learn technical and fundamental aspects of equity trading.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute equity orders in cash and derivatives
• Track live market movements, economic news, and price action
• Share trade confirmations and updates with clients
• Maintain daily trade logs and reports
• Ensure compliance with SEBI rules and internal policies
• Assist senior traders and research desk
• Handle basic client queries related to trades and terminals
Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
• Basic understanding of stock market and order types
• NISM Series VIII certification preferred (or willing to complete within 2–3 months)
• Fast learner, good with numbers, and disciplined in trading
• Comfortable in high-speed market environment
