Job Title: Equity Dealer - Stock Broking
Locations: Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Mumbai
We are hiring a proactive Equity Dealer with 1+ year of experience in stock broking. The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to execute trades quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute client trades with speed and precision
• Share trading ideas and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and advise clients
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal policies
Requirements:
• NISM Series 8 Certification is mandatory
• Min. 1 year of experience in equity dealing
• Strong communication and analytical skills
Performance Targets:
• 5 KYCs with ₹50K–₹1L margin
• Revenue: 3x of salary
• Sell 3rd party products: Insurance, Term Plans, IAP, PMS
