Equity Research Analyst / Associate Jobs in Mumbai - 3A Financial Services Ltd

Identifying various investment prospects by evaluating the companies parameters; Corporate Analysis (Both Unlisted and Listed Companies in stock market) – Equity Research,

Understanding of Indian Market and knowledge about Global market.

·         Gather and analyse data from a variety of sources, including company financial Quarterly, Annual Reports, Online database like money control, BSE, NSE websites. Also, from Software database like Capital Line & Prowess

·          Build, maintain and analyse the financial models of companies and industries; generating reports and graphs

·         Understand relationship between Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement

·         Industry Analysis – Keeping the track of key sector news, Companies Expansion Strategies including event updates, stock performance etc ; Monitoring the trends of various companies and keeping abreast of any changes within the sector;

·         Rate & Pricing Analysis; Preparation of Future Projections & Price Discovery. & Generate valuation report through above Fundamental Equity Analysis and

-Contacting the Financial Team (Company Secretary / Treasury / Finance Head / other concerned person) to valuate exact values for internal analyses
-Attending the Annual General Meeting

-Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the meetings with financial institutions
-Preparing weekly reports and monthly reports
