● Maintaining complaints and record keeping.
● Planning sales promotion activities & executing with the help of co-workers.
● Data mining and understanding requirements and fixing the appointments.
● Other official tasks were communicated from time to time.
● Assist in writing research reports with your findings, to be published to the community and media.
