ERP Engineer Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare P&ID, Detailed Drawings, BOM based on order specifications and requirements. • Produce manufacturing drawings in CAD tools like Solid works, Creo to make the manufacturing of the Spirax products and packaged systems. • Produce error free drawings consistently with high degree of quality • Support for the complete product life cycle management. Responsible for PLM, PDM and ERP related activities. 

• Possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Apply domain expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application support activities.

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Focus ERP

• Document and maintain ERP workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides

• Implement and configure ERP modules based on business requirements, focusing on Engineering,

CRM, Accounting, HR, and Inventory modules

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems

• Help users with data entry, data extraction, and data reporting within the ERP system

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and enhancements

• Assist users in resolving issues, questions, or challenges related to the ERP system

• Effectively communicate requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain an issue tracking and management system to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issue

• Provide training and orientation to new users or employees on how to use the ERP system effectively

• Create training materials or conduct training sessions as needed

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements as they relate to ERP data and processes.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• 2 to 4 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft

Dynamics)

• Strong knowledge of ERP modules BOM update, Part code creation, CRM, Projects, Accounting,

HR, and Inventory.

• Working experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving the production issues

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
