Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients to provide technical support via chat, phone, and emails
- Logging and solving queries of clients
- Provide remote desktop or onsite support on Cloud ERP
- Provide timely updates to customers and 100% documentation on issue reasons
- Follow-up with customers on the solution provided.
- Review customer feedback with a view to improving and enhancing support quality
- Suggest enhancement and improvements in the software
- Test new functionality
- Create training ppts
- User training and support
- Testing screen & module and reporting bugs
- Giving product and module demos
- Product installation & configuration
- Performing Basic SQL data analysis
- Creation, verification and pushing of Client Data
- Identifying Client Data issues and data entry issues
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 0 to 1.5 years of experience in Technical Support role
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and SQL will be added advantage
- Knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint and internet browsing
- Good communication skills, customer service skills and troubleshooting /problem-solving skills
- Remote or onsite helpdesk experience preferred
- Experience of Cloud software operations or ERP or EDP will be added advantage
- Education
- BCOM,MCOM,MBA,BBA
- BCA/MCA/BE/ BSC-IT/MSC-IT
- Certification in Tally and Excel --Preferred
