KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Communication & Requirement Understanding
- Communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and processes.
- Use strong communication and convincing skills while interacting with clients.
- Understand the customer's existing workflow and identify areas for improvement.
2. ERP Implementation
- Understand and implement customer business processes within the ERP software.
- Configure the ERP system according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with the ERP core team, implementation team, support team and technical developers.
- Ensure smooth implementation of ERP modules.
3. GAP Analysis
- Conduct detailed GAP Analysis between existing business processes and ERP functionality.
- Identify process gaps and prepare proper documentation.
- Recommend suitable solutions and process improvements.
4. Manufacturing ERP Processes
- Develop strong understanding of ERP implementation in manufacturing industries.
- Understand finance and business workflows.
- Support functional testing and implementation activities.
- Assist in project management and implementation planning.
5. ERP Configuration & Master Data
- Configure client data according to business requirements.
- Verify, correct and validate master data.
- Assist with data migration from existing systems to the ERP platform.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
6. Testing & Quality Checking
- Conduct functional testing of the ERP system.
- Identify errors, issues and process gaps.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Validate system functionality before and after implementation.
7. Client Training
- Train clients and end-users on the ERP system.
- Explain ERP processes and features in a simple and practical manner.
- Educate users about best practices for using the ERP system.
- Prepare users for successful ERP adoption.
8. Reporting & MIS
- Understand client reporting requirements.
- Plan and develop reporting solutions.
- Assist clients in generating useful business reports and MIS.
- Ensure reports meet business and management requirements.
9. Post Go-Live Support
- Provide post go-live support to clients.
- Resolve functional queries and implementation-related issues.
- Coordinate with support and technical teams when required.
- Ensure smooth handover after successful implementation.
