Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understanding the Industry requirement and Data input on ERP
- Monitoring the work flow (end to end)
- Generation of reports & Follow-ups
- Report issues & Bugs of the software
- Providing Cross-functional support on ERP
- Act as a single point of contact for the level 1 support
- Basic knowledge on Manufacturing Process & Production (0-1 year experience, Interns are also fine)
- Hands on experience with manufacturing projects on any ERP/SAP/ or any other software (3-6 months)- Typically manufacturing background
- Basic Drawing reading skills
- Basic inventory product knowledge
- Basic computer skills
