Estate Manager
Job Duties:
- Looking after maintenance of 47 Flats of Chartered Cornet Apartment located in Mico Layout Arakere.
- There are 4 staffs for cleaning and maintaining. Estate Manager has to supervise them in a Pro Active manner.
- Should carry out Preventive maintenance to avoid Shutdown maintenance.
- 6 days per week
- 9AM to 6PM (flexible 8+1 hours)
- No degree or Diploma required
- Should be Friendly Helpful and Proactive.
- Should know WORD and EXCEL
- Should be self initiative
- Committed to complete the works
