Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the project/program and its requirements
2. Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
3. Responsible for converting basic client requirements (via email descriptions, architecture drawings, and shop drawings) into project estimates
4. Extract project details from PDF, and AutoCAD drawing files to Excel and numbers
5. Prepare BOQ & BOM as per drawings
6. Collect and analyze all project costs including raw materials, labor, equipment, and tooling to ensure estimates are accurate
7. Update pricing details availability for FOB pricing
8. Container estimation.

What are the key requirements & skills?

1. B.Tech: Civil engineering
2. Good knowledge of AutoCAD
