Job Description
CDQ Developer
Data Integration and Development:
Develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
Integrate data from various sources, including cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Design and implement reusable and scalable data integration solutions to support business needs.
Maintain and enhance existing data integration workflows, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
Data Quality Management:
Design and implement data quality processes using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
Configure and maintain data quality rules, data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation workflows.
Perform data profiling to understand data quality issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop data quality dashboards and reports to monitor key data quality metrics and ensure adherence to data standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data quality rules and standards that align with business needs.
Technical Design:
Design and document data integration and data quality workflows and mappings.
Ensure proper data flow, data transformation logic, and quality checks are defined.
Develop detailed technical specifications for data integration and quality processes.
Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor data pipelines and data quality processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Optimize workflows for performance and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable data delivery.
Implement error-handling and data recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and continuity.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in ETL development, data quality management, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
Experience with data integration tools, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data quality best practices, and data profiling.
Proficient in using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Experience working with SQL databases, cloud databases, and other data sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve data issues.
