Job Description

This role envisages candidates to collect data from Site inspections and local enquiry. This role involves travelling across locations in Chennai.

Skills:

Knowledge of building and construction

Excellent communication skills

Good maths and analytical thinking skills

Ability to pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities may also include:

Writing detailed reports

Performing analysis of the cost incurred on the projects which are under construction.

Preparing project status reports for under construction projects.

Knowledge and ability to analyse financial statements, perform ratio analysis and interpretation of the same.

Assist the team lead to conduct valuations, and also carry out valuation assignments independently.

Provide a feedback for the ‘Direct Reportees’ under supervision through a pre-framed feedback mechanism in order to keep track of their performance.

To identify potential client who may require our services.
