Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be able to configure / install the software
- Should be able to handle the examination process in the allocated center
- Need to coordinate with the faculty members
- Need to give first level of technical support on hardware and software support
Skills Required :
- Should understand the basic concepts of Computers (Ex: Networking, Software installation, Installations of Operating System etc).
