Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-event setup including branding, signage, hospitality areas, registration zones, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with external vendors (F&B, security, transport, tech, etc.) for smooth, timely execution
- Manage event-day logistics—registrations, guest lists, VIP handling, giveaways, etc.
- Provide on-ground support to clients, sponsors, and guests, acting as the first point of contact
- Maintain the event schedule and communicate real-time updates to relevant teams
- Troubleshoot issues on the fly with calm, confidence, and speed
- Conduct post-event wrap-up: inventory check, feedback collection, and reporting
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work in high-pressure, high-energy environments
- Prior experience in hospitality/events is a major plus
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM/event apps is a plus
- Must be available for early mornings, late evenings, and weekend work when required
