Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in logistical tasks such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
2. **On-Site Event Support:**
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the events team to manage event logistics and participant engagement.
3. **Communication and Outreach:**
- Assist in creating promotional materials and communications to promote events.
- Engage with attendees and participants through various channels, including social media and email.
4. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Handle administrative duties related to event planning, such as maintaining guest lists, tracking RSVPs, and organizing event materials.
5. **Post-Event Evaluation:**
- Assist in post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and compiling event metrics.
