Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and organizing various events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings.
2. Support the team in coordinating logistics and ensuring all event requirements are met.
3. Help with venue selection and negotiation to ensure the best deals and optimal event spaces.
4. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage event materials, equipment, and decor.
5. Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting in the creation of event promotional materials.
6. Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth execution and solving any issues that may arise.
7. Assist in post-event activities, such as feedback collection, data analysis, and event performance evaluation.
