Job Description

 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Assist in planning and executing both small and large-scale events, ensuring all details are flawlessly managed
2. Coordinate with various vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event operations
3. Help in creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions
4. Collaborate with the team to develop event concepts, themes, and innovative ideas, ensuring client satisfaction
5. Assist in venue selection, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics for smooth event execution
6. Aid in coordinating event schedules, timelines, and production requirements for various event elements
7. Contribute to post-event evaluations, analyzing success factors, and identifying areas for improvement
