Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research venues, vendors, and suppliers
2. Compiling contact lists and schedules
3. Assisting with event theme brainstorming
4. Coordinating with vendors and managing deliveries
5. Setting up event spaces and managing inventory
6. Creating and distributing promotional materials
7. Updating event websites and monitoring social media
8. Assisting with registration and check-in
9. Providing attendee assistance and troubleshooting
10. Managing volunteers and collecting feedback
11. Compiling post-event reports and summaries
