Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
2. Create event proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
3. Assist in the development of event marketing strategies and promotional materials.
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure all event deliverables are met, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
5. Assist in providing on-site support during events, managing registration, set-up, and attendee inquiries.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
7. Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Event Management or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent written and spoken English skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges.
