Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in securing and managing relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners for the event
2. Helping to track expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effective solutions
3. Supporting promotional activities like creating content for social media, newsletters, and event websites to attract attendees
4. Ensuring a positive experience for attendees, addressing their queries, and managing feedback
5. Collecting and organizing data related to registrations, attendees, and event evaluations
6. Assisting in evaluating the event's success, analyzing feedback, and preparing reports for stakeholders
7. Staying proactive in identifying potential issues and assisting in finding solutions to ensure the event runs smoothly
