About the internship
Are you passionate about event management and eager to gain industry experience? Talent Corner HR Services is seeking an enthusiastic Event Management Intern to join our dynamic team!
1. Assist in planning and executing various events, including corporate conferences, seminars, and workshops.
2. Collaborate with the team to create event schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth operations.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment, materials, and services.
4. Prepare engaging presentations using MS-PowerPoint to showcase event details and proposals.
5. Maintain accurate databases and handle event registrations, ensuring timely communication with participants.
6. Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup, registration, and overall event coordination.
7. Contribute to post-event evaluation and report preparation, analyzing success and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
2. Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly MS-PowerPoint, to create captivating presentations.
3. Knowledge of event management principles and best practices.
