Job Summary

• The position entails managing the day to day operations of the Powai Branch of our Indoor Play Area. 
• The role is to ensure smooth and safe operations, attending to daily clients and members, hosting birthday parties and events
  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the day to day operations for the Indoor play area
• Handle clients for daily walk-Ins & Memberships
• Manage birthdays / events as per schedule and provide the best experience to the clients.
• Manage staff, cafeteria operations, inventory, etc
• Explain and Sell birthday packages to clients.
• Generate and maintain sales invoices, purchases and accounts
• Manage social media accounts for the outlet, updates, posts, videos to build the brand value

Qualifications and Skills

• Females Preferred
• Graduate - Fluent spoken english
• 2-3 years experience of managing a retail outlet/ kids related events
• Computer knowledge - Basic operations
• Knowledge of photo editing / tally / accounting will be added advantage
