Event Manager Job in Spinnaker Analytics at Andheri East, Andheri West, Bandra East, Mumbai

1. Understand requirements and details of each event
2. Understand companies needs and wants
3. Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints
4. Meet with our stakeholders and coordinate with them regularly
5. Look for and compare different vendors 
6. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
7. Evaluate personnel and provide reports
8. Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, etc.)
9. Track the overall even expenses regularly
10. Work on event budget planning
11. Oversee event happenings
12. Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
13. Evaluate event's success and submit reports
