Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and result-driven Event Manager to plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in event management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. This is a work-from-office role; work from home (WFH) is not applicable.
Key Responsibilities
A. Event Planning & Coordination

Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, weddings, and social gatherings.

Understand client requirements and develop creative event concepts and themes.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for smooth event operations.

Prepare detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
B. On-Site Event Management

Oversee all on-ground activities during the event.

Ensure smooth execution of all event elements as per the plan.

Manage logistics, stage setup, lighting, sound, and hospitality arrangements.

Supervise the event team, volunteers, and support staff to ensure timely delivery.
C. Client & Vendor Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their expectations.

Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently.
D. Budgeting & Reporting

Prepare accurate budgets and cost estimates for events.

Track expenses to ensure events are executed within the approved budget.

Provide post-event reports, including performance analysis and client feedback.
E. Marketing & Promotion Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

Assist in designing event brochures, banners, and digital creatives.

Suggest innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies
A. Technical & Functional Skills

Proven experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and execution.

Strong understanding of event logistics, stage setups, and audiovisual requirements.

Basic knowledge of budgeting, negotiations, and project management tools.
