Job Description
Internship Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and presentable Event Manager to assist with the planning, coordination, and participation in various online and offline events, webinars, and industry conferences. This internship is fully remote, making it ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain real-world event management experience while working from home.
The intern will be expected to attend online/offline events, collect data, manage tasks proactively, and contribute creative ideas to enhance event planning and execution. Excellent presentation skills, a smart attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Attendance & Representation

Attend industry events, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted programs (virtually or in person when needed).

Represent the brand positively and professionally during events, interacting with attendees, guests, and speakers.

Capture event highlights, key takeaways, and attendee feedback for internal reports.
2. Data Collection & Analysis

Collect, organize, and update participant data, registration details, feedback forms, and event insights.

Maintain event tracking sheets, databases, and contact lists of leads and potential partners.

Assist with preparing post-event reports and data summaries.
3. Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and partners via email, phone, and video calls to support event planning.

Communicate schedules, responsibilities, and updates with internal teams.

Follow up with event attendees or partners as directed.
4. Creative Inputs & Presentations

Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve event formats, engagement, or logistics.

Assist in designing event presentations, slide decks, or promotional content if required.

Present updates or event briefs to mentors or supervisors with confidence and clarity.
5. Administrative & Support Tasks

Help with pre-event checklists, invitation emails, RSVP tracking, and reminders.

Participate in internal planning meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Support social media and promotional activities related to events (optional but encouraged).
Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent presentation skills – confident in speaking, hosting, or presenting virtually or in person.

Smart, spontaneous, and able to think on your feet with good presence of mind.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas.

Self-disciplined with the ability to manage time and tasks in a remote environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business, or related field.

Own laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection – mandatory.

Availability to attend virtual events, participate in planning calls, and complete assignments on time.

Comfortable using basic productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), Zoom, or Microsoft Office.
