Job Description:
- Needs to be an ambitious, creative, dedicated and competent enough to oversee and organise events
- Should prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Should source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers and be in charge of hiring the right personnel for the right job relevant to the event
- The candidate should coordinate all operations, lead promotional activities of the event, supervise all staff and approve all aspects well in advance of the event.
- Should do smart work and also work round the clock when required to get the job done
- Should evaluate the outcome of the event and provide it in the form of extensive reports
